I found this beautiful tin ceiling tile at my favorite antique shop that is just five minutes down the road at the Barrett Street Auction & Antique Center. First I painted, distressed, and sealed the tin, and then purchased the wood for the frame at Home Depot. The hubby helped me measure and cut the wood, and then I sanded, stained, and sealed it. After it dried we attached the tin and frame to a piece of plywood, and voila! It looks great in my chocolate and pale blue guest room.
